I made 7 Facebook posts in 2017. My only New Year's resolution - because let's face it, I'm almost perfect - is to make no Facebook posts in 2018.

And then in 2019, if I live that long, which given advancing levels of decrepitude seems doubtful, I'll vow to stop posting on Twitter.

Actually everybody ought to stop posting on Twitter, because it's a viciously toxic medium, and there comes a point where continuing to participate means complicity.
