In the case of that audio, judging by what's on it (so I know nothing about any possible editing) the "defendant" is clearly, incredibly clearly, on the side of a university.

Sure, but to think & talk as her questioners do is not just a matter of oppression, bullying, or silencing of free speech. It indicates quite comprehensive thickness, too.

Yeah, I actually started to write a tweet saying that her interlocutors just seemed... well, stupid. But stupidity among university profs is actually surprisingly common!
