If you're a rad fem then I think you've got to say that the new Dr Who, despite being biologically female, isn't really a woman.

If you're a rad fem, you see gender as a hierarchical ordering of the sexes. You can't escape it simply by changing how you identify, and
you don't get to cast off (instantly) your experience of that system over time simply by changing your body. That isn't how it works.
