1. The Labour Party has now in effect lost 3 general elections in a row.
2. The Tories have just run a campaign that is - literally I think - unprecedented in its ineptness, and Labour couldn't beat them.

3. It turned out Theresa May was completely incapable of handling the cut and thrust o of political debate, but the Tories still won.

4. Those wishing for a hung parliament should be careful what they wish for. The Tories + the DUP, if that's how it works out... not pretty.

I get that Labour activists are pleased & relieved. But celebrating what is actually a defeat is a bit over the top, I'd say.

We may get another run at it in October. Plenty of time for Corbyn to make a bigger impact. Although the press lies will still be relentless
