it's vacuous to say “you don't love free speech” if what's merely disagreeable speech for you is a threat/incitement to me

But I'm not sure there's necessarily much at stake here. I do think legislation is a restriction on free speech, and where the line
is drawn will determine the extent to which it's reasonable to say free speech is or isn't a major concern.
