It isn't necessarily misogynistic to prefer a "less qualified" man to a "more qualified" woman in an election (and vice versa, of course).

exactly - context matters, character matters. Hence it seems legit to make the argument vis a vis Trump/Clinton.
Seems suspect to me. Suppose you're pro-life, & think abortion is most important issue. Why would you vote Clinton?
