I've heard it claimed people have the right to be perceived as the gender with which they identify. But how could that possibly be true?

a massive violation of people's right to perceive the world as they wish. We cannot have rights against other people's thoughts. Not unless
we suppose that Big Brother style thought control is legitimate in certain circumstances.
