I think it's that they can't be racist against whites but as victims of the kyriarchy they can be racist against themselves.
It is striking how many SJWs forget their claim that people of color can't be racist when pronouncing that anyone who votes Trump is racist.

I thought claim was racism required asymmetrical (structural) power relation (in which case can't be racist against themselves).
