I can't be bothered to have the "abuse of trust" argument on twitter, but basically, it's bollox.
To the extent it gets off the ground at all, which is not much, it's only coz we have a puerile & unrealistic view of teenage sexuality.

surely it's a thoroughly realistic view...which is why we expect the teacher to exercise self-control and not the pupil?
