2nd accident, the person is not. The experience of victim 1 is much worse than victim 2. Is 1st driver more culpable? Not obviously.
@matthewtbeard Yeah. I reckon I could shove people's intuitions in the direction of thinking there could be some injustice in that regard.

@PhilosophyExp True in one sense, I guess. Luck can be seen as a kind of natural injustice, but morality that ignores it is a non-starter. -
@matthewtbeard Aren't you arguing that luck *should* be ignored when it comes to damages (it's consequences that count)?
