People should read the James Joyce/Nora Barnacle correspondence. It's surprisingly... racey in places.

@PhilosophyExp First time I heard about Nora Barnacle I thought she must be one of his characters! Would not be out of place in Dickens.
.@JohnERhino Well, of course, she was at least in part the inspiration for Molly Bloom. Brenda Maddox's biography of her is very good.
