Btw, you're wildly privileged if you haven't noticed that most people would not be in a position to negotiate over the terms of a job offer.

@cathyby Pretty sure it wasn't possible in my youth. My first full time job - checkout boy at Superdrug - paid £84 per week & no benefits.
