@PhilosophyExp My guess is they mean 6.6 swimmers out of 1m sportsmen (i.e. not just swimmers). But as currently worded, you're right.

@NotungSchwert Suppose there were only 7 swimmers, and 6.6 of them died!

@PhilosophyExp That four-tenths of a swimmer should count himself lucky! ;)
