@PhilosophyExp My guess is they mean 6.6 swimmers out of 1m sportsmen (i.e. not just swimmers). But as currently worded, you're right.
@NotungSchwert Mind you, unless you know what proportion of the 1 million sportsmen are swimmers that stat tells you nothing.
