@mloxton Yeah, it hinges on whether it's participants (in which case people can count twice) or events (which is suggested by methodology). -
@PhilosophyExp right, it can work if event is "sudden cardiac death", and we say men have 10/1m rate, of which highest contrib is 6/1m
