@PhilosophyExp What's the problem, if you aren't slowing the group down? You may not win, but if can still hold your ground, then why care?
I think there might be a thing with aging, where you just need to know when to take a step back. Bloody annoying, though!

@skepteaser Well, being serious for a brief moment, problem is at faster paces I get a lot of joint and tendon pain (age-related).
