@PhilosophyExp I did a 10k race on Sunday and it was in the high 20's - a good number dropped out due to the heat, I struggled. -
@SteveCooke Yeah, it makes a big difference. I was never any good racing in the heat (back in the day - now I'm just no good racing!).
