@Metaphoenix42 That's an interesting question. I originally had "passed away" in the tweet. But... "passed on" is more annoying. :)
The euphemism "passed on" is annoying, & especially so when used by atheists. The person is *dead*. They've ceased to exist. Think Dodo.

@PhilosophyExp the prob with 'deceased' is that it can accidentally sound like 'diseased'. Not good for funerals.
