      @NotungSchwert I heard that defence a lot from racists in the early 1980s when the word "Paki" used to get thrown around a lot. It's bollox.

      @NotungSchwert and mixed with people for whom, "Paki-bashing", as it was called, was done for fun. The early 80s were messy in the UK.

      @PhilosophyExp Yeah, just before my time really. 'Paki' was the ultimate racial slur in my childhood though - I remember that.
