A glorious day for a Parkun @worsleyparkrun & I've met my goal of a sub 21m 5k before end of Feb: 20:59!

@PhilosophyExp it's in the woods, with a few sets on the third kilometer, but fairly flat other than that. A lovely course.
@SteveCooke Right, so it's off road - on grass, mud, etc. Your 20:59 is probably worth 20:30. So you're reasonably close to 20 mins. :)
