@MischaWilmers I don't really know how I got to 4000 visitors, but it wasn't by self-promotion (because I do the bare minimum). -
@PhilosophyExp Well that was a subtle form of self-promotion in itself because it implies your journey to Twitter stardom is meritorious. -
@MischaWilmers A sense in which merely participating on Twitter is self-promoting (certainly publishers expect social media engagement).
