I just ran 10 miles, & now I hate myself coz I can no longer keep up with the 25 year olds. That's narcissism masquerading as self-loathing.

@ThinkAndRun Yes, but my WAVA score is at 80% (which is where it's always been). That's why it's narcissistic. I'm aiming at the impossible.
