@SteveCooke Sorry to hear about knee. Trouble is, as you know, you can't bluff a full (if you're racing it), hence my recent did not finish.

@SteveCooke Except my problem was too much training. I injured myself 4 weeks out, but had a go anyway. Battling against ravages of age. :(

@PhilosophyExp ouch. I'm building injury into my training expectations this year so I won't be disappointed when the inevitable occurs!
