.@JimMacDonaldMMA To my (European) ears, the word "retarded" sounds awful - much worse than "cunt", for example. I'd never use it.

@ChrisDStedman It is heartbreaking. I've had similar experiences, only with kids, not adults. I try not to think about it too much. :(
