I'm curious about this moral dilemma. A married person is having an affair. Their spouse doesn't know, and they continue having sex with their spouse. In this situation, is their spouse's consent (to the sexual act) informed consent?

You could extend this out to people using porn without their spouse's consent/knowledge and whether the fact of that or the content thereof would change their feelings towards the partner.
I know somebody who was in exactly that situation. They did feel that it had compromised their consent. They felt dirtied, etc.
