I'm curious about this moral dilemma. A married person is having an affair. Their spouse doesn't know, and they continue having sex with their spouse. In this situation, is their spouse's consent (to the sexual act) informed consent?

because the spouse would presumably care about the affair, likely enough to change their mind about whether they'd consent. But I wouldn't call it rape. That's not to say it's morally ok, but it's not how I think of rape. It's something else. This is just my intuition.
