Explained to @edzellphoto that as a DEAF GINGER LESBIAN (3 protected characteristics!) that I am allowed to lesbian over Cate Blanchett, but he, as a cis-hetero-male CANNOT cis-hetero-male over Cate as that is objectifying women. He says DOUBLE STANDARDS. Outrageous.
What about bald, old (2 protected characteristics) cis-hetero-males? Are they allowed to lesbian... hang on, that's not right... errr, objectify Ms Blanchett via the male gaze? Asking for a friend.
