But should I have the right to do my job, peacefully & openly, w’out having done anything to question the rights of trans/ non-binary ppl? If you think not, then show me where I’m wrong.

You should be allowed to do your job peacefully and openly, and to question, or indeed deny, rights claimed by trans/non-binary people (or anybody else). One might think that talk of rights is nonsense on stilts; or that rights can conflict. Both these are defensible positions.
