I've never been in a situation where I've felt physically intimidated by a woman. That's got to make a big difference in terms of how I experience the world against how women do. This difference isn't going to be undone if one day I think actually I've always been a woman.
(I ought to add that it's certainly possible I could be physically intimidated by a woman, especially now I'm older, it's just so far it's not happened.)
I've been in situations where females have physically harassed me and levereged the social norm that boys can't hit girls against me. If I pushed back, I'd have risked drunken idiots thinking I was the bad guy.
