(My intuitions are: cosmetician should not be forced to wax, but evangelical baker should face legal pressure to serve. But how can I have those intuitions AND parsimony?!

Yeah, it's difficult. My intuition is that corporate bakers should be under pressure to bake, but home bakers... not so much.
