Though if you're a trans woman athlete, and you suspect that you're at an unfair advantage competing against natal females, then deciding not to compete would at the very least be a supererogatory act (if not actually morally required).

Sure. But I’m not sure sport breeds morality ahead of success. Of course, Not All Athletes etc. Elite sport is both beautiful and dark.

Indeed. A very thorny issue to say the least (cf. Lance Armstrong).
But I guess that's why my thought is that the act of not participating is supererogatory.
In general my view abt all these debates is that it shouldn't be about individuals. Not even the very annoying ones!
