Absolutely. Deploying the power of thinking to have a concrete positive effect on the world, and having the fortitude to take the heat for it. Proper philosophy!
2 years ago, if you'd asked me whether I had intellectual heroes, I'd have struggled to name any. Now it's different now. My heroes are gender critical feminists, such as @Docstockk, @aytchellesse & @janeclarejones.
Because of their integrity, courage under fire & perseverance.
