Yes..... probably. But the Tories are going to resist a general election. The fact that they won't be able to get Brexit done might change their minds, unless they find a way to Brexit by default.
The Tories have to get Brexit done, surely? Aren't they finished if they don't? (I'm not really following this closely enough to have a proper sense of it.)
Yes, probably. But they, and more importantly Parliament, can't agree on which Brexit to do. This doesn't look like it will change with an election. Possibly a new Tory leader finds a way to command a majority in the HoC over Brexit...but it's not obvious how.
