There is a third position in the abortion debate: against abortion, for choice. That is, personally against having an abortion but politically in favor of women's freedom and liberty to choose.

Yes, I'm not sure this is a good argument, or at least the way it is normally presented. 1) I personally see X as wrong. 2) Just because I think X is as wrong isn't a reason for trying to restrict others from doing X. 3) Therefore, X should be permissible.
