Newborn babies also don't have it, nor do many other things and beings that we consider morally relevant. This very much reminds me of all the arguments trying to place pain at the center of ethics which then fail to account for painless murder options. (1/2)

Yes, once you make it simply about personal autonomy, then you're opening yourself up to the rejoinder that the right to life of the fetus beats autonomy.
