I don’t think that’s right. Tautologies can never be false and are always true.

Maybe what you could say instead is that tautologies are uninformative. If “I am a woman” is necessarily true when (sincerely?) stated it’s a very uninformative statement. It carries no ethical weight in terms of how you should be treated.

If it's necessarily true is there anything to distinguish it from the claim "I am a man"? If not, then I'd say we're in tricky territory as to the meaning of either statement. If meaningless, then not truth apt.
