Yeah, hard to describe. Like the sidewalk gives way very slightly & unpredictably while walking. I once vomited all over an ER with it, that attracted people's attention. And it switched off while the doc was examining me. He was utterly baffled.
Yes, me too with the stroke, but I'm much older than you. My attacks vary in severity, but at its worst - maybe twice a year - then it's bed, and whatever happens, I try not to move my head. And yes, in that situation, death certainly seems not too bad an option.
