Or to put this another way: I'm not going to sexually assault or harass anybody at all - so I don't accept the claim that it's more likely that I'm going to be doing those things than be accused of doing those things.

Hmmm. There's a real problem of generating statements about particular individuals from statements about aggregates. For example, are we to conclude there is some chance the OP will falsely accuse somebody? This is not to say that men should refuse to work with women, etc. - of course they shouldn't - but this is a bad argument. It just rests on a misunderstanding of how statistics work, and what conclusions you can draw from statements about aggregates.
