      I'd like to announce that I have absolutely no intention of exploring my gender identity & expression in 2019, but if I want wear nails & skirts, and dress head to toe in pink, I will, because these things should have absolutely nothing to do with how we conceptualise gender.

      I'm the same with my shirt saying "I love Gay Sex". I don't know why everyone just assumes I love Gay Sex, just because I wear that shirt. Why do people keep assuming semiotics matters?

      Well, semiotics obviously matter, which is why it is important to challenge the pejoratives associated with the neck-bearded gamer, for example. (Not a joke. It is important to challenge those associations.)
