I'd like to announce that I have absolutely no intention of exploring my gender identity & expression in 2019, but if I want wear nails & skirts, and dress head to toe in pink, I will, because these things should have absolutely nothing to do with how we conceptualise gender.
I actually spent most of my 2nd year at university dressed in pink. Not so much because I was deconstructing the binary, or exploring gender fluidity. More because I washed a bright red sweatshirt in with my whites.
When I was a teen it was the pastel trend. Still smarting at the horror. Lemon sweater/pink cardi. 
Hate when that happens!
I just wish we could all be a lot more relaxed about how individuals dress. Sometimes I dress in a masculine style, sometimes I dress very femme. I can get away w that bcos I am a woman. I was like to see the same flexibility for men.
