My Twitter just got locked because of behavior that violates its rules (or something like that). I'm a bit baffled. Can anybody shed any light on it?

But you’re tweeting so how is it blocked? I got suspended once for 12 hours..
It let me back in after I demonstrated that I was really a person, and vowed to be good in the future!
