In June, the refinery exploded. It exposed Philadelphians to 5,000 pounds of hydrofluoric acid and shrapnel from the explosion. Since then, we shut the refinery down, and it has stay closed - today was the last day to submit a bid for new owners to buy it.pic.twitter.com/CGqgfF56Oh
