Swarm to handcuff first then ask questions later? You can clearly hear multiple patrons say what happened, yet you still comply with the @starbucks employee’s filth. PPD I believed in you. Officers need to get on live television to explain their actions post “investigation “

In this day and age, sad to say at the very least they lived to tell about it. RIP yo my ancestors, and all the brown people who died because white people are so hateful.
-
Please don’t say white people across the board like that. It’s just “some people” are hateful, regardless of their color.
-
Definitely not all white people @dberrodin . I was happy to see those patrons stick up for the 2 guys. Real recognize real

Please tell us what the reasonable suspicion and probable cause were that justified stopping and then arresting these folks.

Sorry, sir. Here is the statute covering criminal trespass, and nothing in the Commissioner’s statement meets the elements or supplies probable cause that the elements are met of any offense. http://codes.findlaw.com/pa/title-18-pacsa-crimes-and-offenses/pa-csa-sect-18-3503.html …

Spelling point taken! Won’t happen again. But seriously, not even Jimmy Binns would defend this. I will ask him when I next see him in our neighborhood...Starbucks.

if
@Starbucks doesn’t make a statement soon, we should organize a sit-in. just sit and not order anything. it’s not a crime. -
Isn’t it trespassing if they tell you to leave?
-
were they told to leave? doubtful. they probably weren’t even spoken to - “scary black guys just sitting there, better call the cops.” the fact that we have to try to justify the reason is part of the problem. black people are hassled every day for no reason whatsoever.
-
I was responding to your idea of a sit-in not the gentlemen that were arrested
-
in that case, no. a quick google tells me as long as it’s a peaceful protest, you can’t get kicked out. remember the breastfeeding moms inside mcdonald’s?
-
I can’t tell if you’re tone is condescending via text but im only asking because I wasn’t sure. Also, no I didn’t know shit about that lol.

Google your question first next time.
And while you’re at it-look at the Civil Rights movement as a point of reference.pic.twitter.com/Wd0p7BsT0t -
I know about the civil rights movement. I was unsure if any laws were in place now seeing as I’ve seen people be arrested for trespassing for not leaving when asked. Not sure why everyone has decided to be all cunty towards me for asking a question.
