Restaurant owners are among the hardest hit by the pandemic. I’m sorry if my decision hurt those who’ve worked to keep their businesses going under difficult circumstances. Looking forward to reopening indoor dining soon and visiting my favorite spots.https://www.phila.gov/2020-08-20-indoor-dining-is-back-on-september-8-in-philadelphia/ …

it’s good you admitted the mistake but it’s really important that you do not open indoor dining until there is a vaccine.

How many people live in that county? How many cases do they have per capita? If Philly's
#s are that high, then why are you allowing indoor dining? -
My guess based on the total cases is he was in Worcester county, population 52000. Roughly 15 cases per 1000 people. Philadelphia is about 20 cases per 1000 people. And these are total numbers, not active cases.

Weren’t you just telling us not to go to the shore?
-
He’s telling us not to see friends when we have low daily cases but we can dine with strangers in a week
