I'm saving this thanks. I have co workers refusing to go to the doctor cause they dont want to "use their vacation days" and if others get sick and cant work we have ours to fall back on

Which i can understand not many people have vacation days and we shouldnt be using them bc of the pandemic (things like rent/bills should be suspended) but they has the opportunity to still go without loss of pay and still wont. This is how we get sick.
