I see a huge, multi million dollar settlement coming. Make it massive, too. The bigger the better.

In favor of the parent? No way. Class action against Children’s Village for lining the court’s pockets?? Yes! But the $ settlement will be less impactful than the heads who are gonna roll. Yes, I’m saying judges are bought to send peeps there; & they know POC have no recourse

Kids in special education settings are generally treated more harshly than the other kids. I dont doubt the minority sped students are treated worse, I can say, based on my kid's experience, schools are pretty generous with their disregard for students with disabilities.
