        Not necessarily movies made by one man but I think mid 2000's had some great martial movies. Killzone, The Protector, City of Violence, Invisible Target, Ong Bak 1 and 2, Fatal Contact, Born to Fight, pretty much anything Dragon Dynasty was fishing out back then.

        Love his films. Rumble in the Bronx was the first kungfu movie I saw as a kid in the 90s. Launched my love of the genre. When I think of martial arts movies, I think of Jackie Chan first.
