Which was in response to a joke claiming that men as a group are shallow, attention seeking and just send women dick pics... It was mocking a sexist stereotype with a sexist stereotype.

How about saying why it was wrong instead of stooping to that level. Clearly you see why a joke of sexist nature can be harmful so why do the same?

I don't think the joke is harmful in either case. It is the sentiment which could be. But I think the sentiment in the response is not as it is just a mockery of the former.

There are lots of men who actually think that way though. An intire movement who thinks that woman are evil and out to get them. Do not encourage these idiots

What movement is this? I don't encourage anyone thinking women are evil and out to get them...

The red pill movement may not make it their banner; hiding their hatred as "fighting for men's rights" but if you look at what goes on on thier sites it is pretty damn obvious how most of them see things

There is no "red pill movement." There are TRPers (people from r/theredpill) and those people are really sexist. But they also don't like the men's rights movement. See ReturnOfKing's articles on men's rights. They call MRAs "cucks" for advocating for their rights.

And do you really think these TRPers don't look at stuff like the "joke" you shared and go "yeah! Fuck them, woman are all cunts". Many people act like these TRPers under the banner of the MRA. The MRA, TRPers, the manosphere... They overlap so often

The manosphere is a silly term encompassing all of them. It is like attacking libfems for TERFs. It is just not really reasonable. Difference is, libfems and TERFs both call themselves feminists. TRPers don't call themselves MRAs.

Some of them do though, or hold ideals so similar that it's hard to tell. I've seen MRA's get up in arms about strong females in star wars movies and say that we need to go back to when woman knew their place. It is not a good movement to be in

Again, that wasn't MRAs, at least online. The people going on about star wars movies was one guy on an incel form, really, if memory serves. Though a lot of people made fun of how silly it was for the commander of a rebel group to dye her hair. Which was stupid but nerds do that

The guy who made an edit of the movie with all female leads removed literaly claimed he was MRA and wanted to "defeminist" the movie. The MRA is a backlash to feminism, and that tends to attract a lot of idiots (btw no need to respond now, I know its late)

He didn't say he was an MRA, that I saw. And one troll on the internet doesn't mean anything. /baph/ claimed to be gamergaters to stir up shit then claimed to be anti-gamergaters. They were trolls, best ignored.

That was just one example, there are a lot of people who are MRA just because they don't want to hear what feminist have to say because it's inconvenient for them. People who will either make stuff up or only use men's issues to make an excuse against women's
