@TeamYouTube I have a content ID claim on a video. I have full legal rights to use the content (which I can also prove) but if I dispute the claim it gives the “copyright owner” the option to completely remove my video when they don’t even own the content at all, hows that fair?
Obviously I am already aware that I can dispute a claim from my first tweet? What I’m trying to establish is why would I dispute it when it risks the video being completely taken down? By someone who DOES NOT own the content at all. How is that a fair policy?
