    We need YOUR story. Yes, you. Yes, yours is "enough" We need more stories to share. And if you are thinking "mine isn't that bad" - you are exactly who we need. We need to show others that 1) mental illness happens in Academia, and 2) and struggle is still struggle

    If you're currently interviewing for PhD programs, consider asking students/faculty about attitudes toward , , and . Some programs are fantastic. Others not so much.

    Sometimes our mentors don't realize they haven't been praising the positives as much as they have been criticizing the negatives. Take some time to think about your accomplishments and reflect on what you've done well! What's your advice?
